يتناول هذا البحث موضوع قاعدة الأمور بمقاصدها ومسائلها في كتاب منهاج الطالبين للإمام النووي تخريجا على كتابي الزكاة والصيام، وذلك لما يتميز به الكتاب من كونه من أمات كتب المذهب الشافعي، فكانت فكرة العمل هي الربط بين إحدى القواعد الفقهية وهي قاعدة (الأمور بمقاصدها) ومسائلها من كتاب المنهاج للإمام النووي -رحمه الله-عبر كتابي الزكاة والصيام.

Abstract
This research deals with the topic of the rule of matters with their objectives and issues in the book Minhaj al-Talibin by Imam al-Nawawi, as a grading on the books of zakat and fasting. This is due to what distinguishes the book in that it is one of the most comprehensive books of the Shafi’i school of thought. The idea of the work was to link one of the jurisprudential rules, which is the rule (of matters with their objectives) and its issues from The book Al-Minhaj by Imam Al-Nawawi - may God have mercy on him - through the books Zakat and Fasting.
